Doors Open & Check IN
Doors open at 5:00 p.m. Check in tables will be located just inside the museum main door in the lobby area outside the gift shop. Please check in to receive your auction bid tickets, table assignment, and souvenir wine or beer tasting glass.
Tapas Style Dinner & Wine/Beer Tastings
5:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Tapas is a collection of small portion dishes that is eaten with more of a grazing attitude. Fun right? A variety of wine and beer stations will also be located in the Pond Hangar. Free tastings are included.
5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Auction items will be located in the Pond Hangar with a corresponding bid sheet. At the close of the auction, the bidder with the highest bid amount wins the item.
Dessert & Award Ceremony
8:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Guests will take their seats in the Maloney Hangar for a dessert & coffee course while the Planes of Fame Air Museum Achievement in Aviation Award Ceremony takes place. Pond Hangar (location of tasting & silent auction) is closed during this time.
Winning bidders proceed to the check out station located in the Maloney Hangar.
Cocktail attire is appropriate.

Vehicle parking is available at either the Planes of Fame Air Museum entrance or the Cal Aero Drive lot (parking area across the museum entrance.)
All guests must enter through the main museum doors. If arriving by aircraft, please make your way to the lobby for check-in.
Planes of Fame is a 501(c)(3) organization eligible to receive tax deductible donations. Under IRS guidelines, the value of the goods received from the Museum is $45.00 per ticket. Therefore, the amount of your donation over that amount may be deductible to the extent of the law. Please consult a tax professional regarding the deductibility of your donation. IRS Publication 526 or your accountant can provide you with detailed information.
