Doors open at 5:00 p.m. Check in tables will be located just inside the museum main door in the lobby area outside the gift shop. Please check in to receive your auction bid tickets, table assignment, and souvenir wine or beer tasting glass.
Wine & Beer Tasting
5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
A variety of wine and beer stations will be located in the Pond Hangar. Free tastings are included. For more information about wineries and breweries attending the event visit our Tasting Page.

At check in each guest will receive their bidding number and sheet of bid stickers. Auction items will be located in the Pond Hangar with a corresponding bid sheet. Bid sheets include a description of the item, its approximate retail value, and starting minimum bid. To place a bid, guests use their bid stickers to indicate their current bid amount. At the close of the auction, the bidder with the highest bid amount wins the item. Winners will be posted following the award ceremony on the main stage projector screen. Dinner & Award Ceremony
7:30 p.m. - 8:45 p.m.
Guests will take their seats in the Maloney Hangar for dinner and the Planes of Fame Air Museum Achievement in Aviation Award Ceremony. Pond Hangar (location of tasting & silent auction) is closed during this time. For more information on this year's award, visit our Honoree Page.
Winners will be posted following the award ceremony on the main stage projector screen. Winning bidders proceed to the check out station located in the Maloney Hangar. Cash, check, or credit are accepted. Payment is due upon pick up of item(s). Shipping and handling charges may apply to guests unable to take their items home that evening.
Food & Drink
Small plates served by local chefs and restaurateurs during the silent auction. The night will conclude with a seated dessert course during the award ceremony.
Wineries and breweries will be pouring complementary beverages. Soft drinks and water will also be available, as well as a cash bar for cocktails.

Vehicle parking is available at either the Planes of Fame Air Museum entrance or the Cal Aero Drive lot (parking area across the museum entrance.)
All guests must enter through the main museum doors.
Planes of Fame is a 501(c)(3) organization eligible to receive tax deductible donations. Under IRS guidelines, the value of the goods received from the Museum is $30.00 per ticket. Therefore, the amount of your donation over that amount may be deductible to the extent of the law. Please consult a tax professional regarding the deductibility of your donation. IRS Publication 526 or your accountant can provide you with detailed information.
