Bella Luna Estate Winery is a small, family owned winery that focuses on unique varietals, making small lot productions of premium red and white wine, and is located on ten acres in the Templeton Gap District of the famous Paso Robles AVA. Always serving a crowd favorite, Fighter Pilot Red, this year, they will also introduce a new wine; Rotor Head Red.

Airfield Estates is a family owned and operated winery and vineyard situated in the heart of the Yakima Valley – Washington State. As the name suggests, Airfield Estates has ties to aviation. Prior to farming, a portion of the property operated as a training base for hundreds of Army Air Corps pilots during World War II. 

Located in Temecula, CA and founded in 2012, the Wiens Brewing Company brought to reality a family dream of opening and operating a Brewery. They have a deep-rooted passion for creating and enjoying the most amazing, high quality Beers possible. Their love of great Beer guides them in ensuring their products and service are the best.

Jimmy and Shelly Zanoli share a passion for wine. ZANOLI Wines is a family owned and operated winery, currently doing small batch production of Chenin Blanc, Mourvedre and Syrah. Focusing on making wines in the style of the Rhones from Cornas, France and non-traditional white and red wines with minimal intervention using fruit grown on the Central Coast.

Veteran owned, award winning microbrewery providing premium hand-crafted ales and lagers. 

They produce a variety of beers ranging from a great unfiltered lager, a pleasantly tart gose, the ever popular pale ales and IPA's as well as a few dark options and even a barrel aged beer. Something for everyone.

Wines produced by The Council are not available for sale to the public and are privately distributed only.  The Council will be pouring a Pinot Nior and sparkling Grande Cuvee; delicious custom blends from the masters of the Sta. Lucia Highlands. Enjoy these exclusive wines at the Taste of Flight Gala.
